Returns and Refunds Policy
At Jorian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please review the details below.
- Return Conditions
You can return any item, excluding sale items, within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached in their original state.
- The item is returned in its undamaged original packaging.
- How to Make a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service via retour@jorianclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
- Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds on Sale Items:
Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds, as long as they meet the return conditions.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via retour@jorianclothing.com. We will offer a replacement product or a refund, and the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, such as:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed. If you’ve checked with them and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at retour@jorianclothing.com.
